How do I make a return?
To make a return please send an email with your name, order number and reason for return to shophadara1@gmail.com. We will send you our return address. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel and accessories are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.
Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that any shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Items marked FINAL SALE
• Sunglasses
• Bodysuits
• Swimwear or Lingerie
• Mask
• Worn items
• Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
• Shipping fees
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
